They are not intended to be used under rain conditions.<\/p>\n<p><i>Voltage detectors<\/i> covered by this standard are not intended to be used for continuous operation.<\/p>\n<p><i>Voltage detectors<\/i> covered by this standard are intended to be used up to 2&nbsp;000&nbsp;m above sea level.<\/p>\n<p>This standard also includes provisions for the following supplementary functions when available (see <span class=\"xref\">Annex&nbsp;B<\/span>):<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>phase indication,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>rotating field indication, and<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>continuity check.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Other supplementary functions are not covered by this standard.<\/p>\n<p><i>Voltage detectors<\/i> covered by this standard are not considered as measuring devices.
