{"id":247402,"date":"2024-10-19T16:16:59","date_gmt":"2024-10-19T16:16:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/pdfstandards.shop\/product\/uncategorized\/bsi-pd-iec-ts-62580-22016\/"},"modified":"2024-10-25T11:23:50","modified_gmt":"2024-10-25T11:23:50","slug":"bsi-pd-iec-ts-62580-22016","status":"publish","type":"product","link":"https:\/\/pdfstandards.shop\/product\/publishers\/bsi\/bsi-pd-iec-ts-62580-22016\/","title":{"rendered":"BSI PD IEC\/TS 62580-2:2016"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>This part of <span class=\"std\"> <span class=\"std-ref\">IEC&nbsp;62580<\/span> <\/span>, which is a Technical Specification, specifies the on-board video surveillance\/CCTV system functionality and requirement for the purpose of interoperability between components of on-board video surveillance\/CCTV systems in the same vehicle and subsystems in different vehicles of the same train, which means two levels of interoperability are considered, one is interoperability between components and another is between subsystems.<\/p>\n<p>This specification gives guidelines for:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>system breakdown structure of the on-board video surveillance\/CCTV system;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>function breakdown structure of the on-board video surveillance\/CCTV system, and<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>requirement of the on-board video surveillance\/CCTV system.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This specification is applicable to any type of train, for example open trains, multiple unit trains and closed trains.<\/p>\n<p>As illustrated in <span class=\"xref\">Figure&nbsp;1<\/span>, this part of <span class=\"std\"> <span class=\"std-ref\">IEC&nbsp;62580<\/span> <\/span> provides video surveillance\/CCTV services of monitoring, recording and retrieval of data, etc. This specification follows the general OMTS requirement defined in <span class=\"std\"> <span class=\"std-ref\">IEC&nbsp;62580\u20111<\/span> <\/span>. The communication network of on-board video surveillance\/CCTV system is based on the network defined by the <span class=\"std\"> <span class=\"std-ref\">IEC&nbsp;61375<\/span> <\/span> series, in which <span class=\"std\"> <span class=\"std-ref\">IEC&nbsp;61375\u20112\u20115<\/span> <\/span> and <span class=\"std\"> <span class=\"std-ref\">IEC&nbsp;61375\u20113\u20114<\/span> <\/span> define communication between and within consists, respectively, <span class=\"std\"> <span class=\"std-ref\">IEC&nbsp;61375\u20112\u20113<\/span> <\/span> lays out the communication profile for the backbone which is used for the train coupling, and <span class=\"std\"> <span class=\"std-ref\">IEC&nbsp;61375\u20112\u20116<\/span> <\/span> <span class=\"xref\"> <sup>1<\/sup> <\/span> provides the support for the communication between on-board system and ground wayside infrastructures. The general system requirement of on-board video surveillance\/CCTV system is developed based on <span class=\"std\"> <span class=\"std-ref\">IEC&nbsp;62676<\/span> <\/span> series with supplementing the special requirement for railway application. For interoperability implementation between components of system and subsystems, this specification makes reference to <span class=\"std\"> <span class=\"std-ref\">IEC&nbsp;62676\u20112\u20113<\/span> <\/span>, which specifies a compliant IP video protocol and interface based on Web services. Special requirements for railway, such as device discovery between consists and within a consist, as well as network compliant to the <span class=\"std\"> <span class=\"std-ref\">IEC&nbsp;61375<\/span> <\/span> series are also defined here. In addition, <span class=\"std\"> <span class=\"std-ref\">IEC&nbsp;62676\u20114<\/span> <\/span> gives recommendations and requirements for the selection, planning, installation, commissioning, maintaining and testing for use in security applications. Finally, the requirement of exported data of on-board video surveillance\/CCTV system is compliant with <span class=\"std\"> <span class=\"std-ref\">ISO&nbsp;22311<\/span> <\/span> if system is for
