Classification on the basis of extended application of test results is also included in the scope of this document.<\/p>\n<p>Products\/elements for use in ventilation systems include (excluding smoke and heat exhaust ventilation):<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>fire resisting ducts;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>fire dampers.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Products \/elements for use in\/as cables systems:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Intrinsic fire resistant cables\/unprotected cables;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Fire protective systems for cable systems;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Supporting \/suspension devices;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Associated components (connectors, glands, junctions, etc.)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Relevant test methods which have been prepared for these products\/elements are listed in <span class=\"xref\">Clause&nbsp;2<\/span>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p><b>BS EN 13501-3.
