This code-intended standard provides design criteria for commercial cooking ventilation systems. The 2022 edition harmonizes the standard with the International Mechanical Code (IMC), 2019 ASHRAE Handbook-HVAC Applications, and NFPA 96, “Standard for Ventilation Control and Fire Protection of Commercial Cooking Operations.”<\/p>\n
