This European Standard specifies requirements for machine-made (woven, tufted, knitted, needled, flocked, bonded, hand-tufted) rugs and runners, including a classification according to use intensity and luxury. This European Standard is not applicable to hand-knotted rugs, to barrier mats or to bathroom rugs.<\/p>\n
