This guide will<br \/>\nprovide the needed information to do so.<\/p>\n<p>EIA-512 is complete in describing scattering parameter<br \/>\n(S-parameter) theory, error correction techniques and in deriving<br \/>\nthe quartz crystal electrical parameter equations. For that reason,<br \/>\nno attempt is made to review or summarize the standard.
